Cancellation and Refund Policy

Books sold by Baskara Astrology are not refundable after purchase and successful delivery.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, wrong order placed by the customer, or after successful delivery without a verified issue.

Replacement may be allowed only when pages are missing, the book is damaged during delivery, or the wrong book is delivered.

The customer must report the issue within a reasonable time after delivery and provide order details and supporting photos where requested.

Replacement is subject to verification by Baskara Astrology.

No refund is available after a consultation is confirmed.

Once the appointment, date, or time is confirmed, the consultation payment is non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability. Customers must contact Baskara Astrology for rescheduling requests.

Course and software terms may depend on the specific programme, access, or licence details shared before payment. Customers should review the applicable details before confirming payment.
